Melting Chocolate with an Induction Hob

Its a little known secret but Induction hobs are ideal for melting chocolate.

Because induction stoves have finely adjustable temperature controls and can go very low, the art of melting chocolate is within the reach of all home chefs – no more burnt disasters !

Using a ferrous based pan (induction ready cookware), set the temperature to around 35-40 C and literally within a few seconds, the chocolate will start to melt.
